Padnoma is an agency that is driven by the clients and their families. Residential, Community Access, and Employment opportunities are tailored to the hopes, desires and dreams of each individual. We encourage our individuals to be self-advocates, to be self-determined and to be active, responsible participants within their communities.

We provide support to our individuals to meet their needs, discover their interests, accomplish their goals, and
FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS.

Our staff work with the clients and their families to build an Individual Service Plan (ISP). These plans are person centered and reflect on the individual's interests, skills, abilities, culture, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, lifestyle, etc.
Residential Program
We offer residential supports in daily living skills ranging from full time assistance to a few hours a week based on the individual's needs.
Our staff support individuals with their day-to-day activities, including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, paying bills, buying groceries, administering medications, attending medical appointments, and any other services as they are required. ​​
Individual's staffing is based on the individual's funding from Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD)

Day Program
We support individuals to be involved in the community. This includes recreational and
social interactions, with opportunities to enjoy local establishments and events, take day trips and participate in internal special annual activities and events.
We also provide support to individuals with their Employment Preparation and Community Employment placements. This may include volunteer and/or paid positions. ​Individuals are accompanied by a staff member, when necessary, that assists in ensuring tasks and duties are fulfilled.

Grocery & Shredding Services
Our Grocery service is available to anyone within Olds and area. Padnoma has partnerships with both Westview Co-op and Olds Sobeys. Deliveries from other grocery stores will require an extra delivery fee. Customers place their orders with the Padnoma Grocery Service by phone or email; the orders are then filled and delivered by our grocery individuals. Grocery customers can also have the stores fill the order and have them delivered. Payment is collected through cash, cheque or e-transfer. Our confidential shredding service involves using our heavy duty, crisscross shredding machine. For more information about our shredding service, please contact our Day Program Coordinator at (403)556-1777.
